After a standard competitive bidding process, we selected Lewis Commercial General Contractors, Inc. to build out our Amenities Center and multiple Spec Suites.
 
Our contact was Jeff Smith. and he could not have been more helpful, or a greater pleasure with whom to deal.
 
That would have been insufficient without performance as required under our contract. The construction process consistently met or exceeded completion provisions, with the result that we accumulated a good advance, by project's end on the originally scheduled completion date.
 
In addition, the work was beautifully executed. As a consequence, the punch lists from the final walk-through was sparsely populated and quickly completed.
 
We therefore did not hesitate to use Jeff and his company for additional projects: lobby renovations and demo projects for area white-boxing.
 
We fully intend to continue using the firm as we progress to completion, and I have every intention of using Jeff and Lewis Commercial in the future.
